Steven Borg of Northwest Cadence (2008 Microsoft MVP Award recipient) will be covering some of the great new features of Team Build 2008, an inherent and powerful part of Visual Studio Team System 2008. This session will include demonstrations of building real unit and functional tests, generating code metrics and pulling it all together into an automated build.
You will also learn how to build legacy code, run tests and code metrics, rebuild databases, update documentation, and even build a deployment package for your application; all coordinated by a single command. Team Build 2008 can help development teams improve quality by implementing custom tasks, triggers, tests, and other user specified options. This seminar is intended to provide demonstrations that will be most relevant to developers, testers, build, and release engineers.
